From a shared spreadsheet to a manufacturer's intranet

CMJ designs aerospace test benches. Its business tracking lived in Excel files that four people passed around by email.

• The spreadsheets and real practices served as the specification
• Business cases, action plans, approvals, role-based access, audit trail
• Live since 23 August 2026, twelve weeks after the first day of work
• No captive data: Excel export is still available
