A selection, not a complete list: tools in service that you can see working — and 25+ years of projects before I started my business in May 2026.

## CMJ Test Systems

Manufacturing · client · Gimont (Gers)

**From a shared spreadsheet to a manufacturer's intranet**

CMJ designs aerospace test benches. Its business tracking lived in Excel files that four people passed around by email.

- The spreadsheets and real practices served as the specification
- Business cases, action plans, approvals, role-based access, audit trail
- Live since 23 August 2026, twelve weeks after the first day of work
- No captive data: Excel export is still available

AI isn't in this product: it's in the way it was built — and that's what sets its price.

**Monitoring, with AI in production**

A platform that monitors a fleet of applications and servers, run over time.

- Every day, an AI writes the summary of what happened
- Under a spending cap: less than one cent per summary
- Demo data to show it without exposing anything

**A pipeline that reads, sorts, writes and publishes**

Every day, it reads public sources, sorts what matters, writes and publishes.

- More than 1,200 pages online, two registers kept up to date
- Natural-language search over my own code and notes
- The test bench where I try out what I recommend

- **Les P'tites Faiblesses** — Tea room in L'Isle-Jourdain: a website the owner updates on her own — opening hours, menu, photos.
- **LÉDA — L'École de l'Acteur** — Toulouse: complete redesign, content management and applications received online.

## 25+ years of projects

A few notable assignments, carried out for my employers in aerospace, retail, energy and insurance. It's the experience I bring today.

- **Airbus** — Sopra Steria · 2020 – 2024 — Innovation projects: connected cabin, IoT, Skywise portal.
- **Airbus** — Air Cost Control · 2012 – 2020 — ERP and EDI for Airbus orders, mobile stock app, intranet, infrastructure.
- **Dassault Aviation, Renault Parts** — Logica · 2004 – 2008 — Industrial mobile applications and application maintenance.
- **EDF, Generali** — Accenture, Arbor Consulting · 2001 – 2004 — SAP integration.
